This recently discovered orchid resembles the Rusty Spider Orchid Caladenia ferruginea in shape, but is white in colour. Like the Rusty Spider Orchid it has clubbed petals and sepals. The Collie Spider Orchid is known from a small area east of Collie where it grows in forest along with White Spider Orchids, with which it hybridises. The flowers are about 6-10 long on stems reaching 40cm in height.
